Korean stores sell thousands of affordable skincare and makeup items, and new ones arrive every month. The hard part is knowing which ones Korean shoppers actually like. You’ll find that here, along with prices in won and US dollars and the Korean product names to show store staff.
How we put our guides together
We follow what Korean shoppers say about each product: ratings, reviews and the things they praise or complain about again and again. We turn that into short, practical guides. When we haven’t tried a product ourselves, we say so. We stick to texture, feel, value and where to buy, and we leave medical claims out. We use software tools, including AI, to help organize the information.
Who runs this site
Seoul Beauty Shelf is run from Korea by the team behind a Korean-language beauty blog. It’s a sister site of Korea Work Expert.

Images and updates
Product images come from official store listings and are credited under each image. Prices and stock in Korea change quickly, so every guide shows the date we checked it, and we update guides when things change.
