Daiso Korea sells at least six kinds of pimple patches for ₩1,000–₩3,000 (about $0.75–$2.24). That’s a fraction of what similar patches cost back home.
The packs look alike on the shelf, but they aren’t made for the same thing.
We read about 50 reviews for each patch on Daiso Mall, Daiso’s official online store, as of October 9, 2026. Below is what Korean buyers repeatedly said about how thin each patch is, how much it shows, how well it stays on, and how many you get.
What we don’t cover: whether a patch “heals” a breakout. Many reviewers talk about that, but it’s a medical question and results vary, so we left those comments out. We didn’t test the patches ourselves.
Prices in USD use ₩1,338.5 = $1 (Oct 8, 2026), rounded.

“Before” vs “after” patches. Korean spot patches are often sold for two stages. Thin, clear ones go on a spot you haven’t touched. Thicker ones go on a spot after you’ve popped it. The two Madeca 21 patches are a pair like this, and reviewers use them that way.
OOTD Lab Star Spot Patch (₩2,000 for 24)
Korean name to show staff: 오오티디 랩 스타 스팟패치

These are colored stars in mint and lilac, and the package says they’re hydrocolloid patches. They’re the “cute” option. You wear them where people can see them.
What Korean shoppers often mention
- The star shape is cute, so people don’t mind showing them.
- They stay on through face-washing and long days.
- They’re cheaper than similar star patches sold elsewhere.
Complaints: none repeated. One reviewer wished for more than one size.
OOTD Lab Heart Spot Patch (₩2,000 for 24)
Korean name: 오오티디 랩 하트 스팟패치

This is the heart-shaped sister of the star patch. Reviewers wear it as a decoration more than to hide anything.
What Korean shoppers often mention
- The hearts are cute.
- It’s cheaper than similar patches elsewhere.
- People put it on as an accent, not to cover a spot.
Complaints: none repeated. Two reviewers found the colors very noticeable. One said the edges lift when you sweat.
Madeca 21 Relief Spot Care Patch (₩2,000 for 68)
Korean name: 마데카21 릴리프 스팟 케어 패치

This is the most-reviewed patch here, with almost 5,900 reviews. Madeca 21 is a skincare line from Korean drugmaker Dongkook Pharmaceutical. This one is the “before” patch.
What Korean shoppers often mention
- It’s thin and clear, so you can barely tell it’s there.
- It’s hard to spot even over makeup.
- 68 patches for ₩2,000 is a lot for the price.
Complaints: none repeated. One reviewer said it’s so thin it folds when you peel it off. The pack has two sizes, with more small ones than large.
Madeca 21 Clear Spot Cure Patch (₩2,000 for 24)
Korean name: 마데카21 클리어 스팟큐어패치

This is the “after” partner to the Relief patch. It’s thicker and holds its shape, and reviewers mostly use it after popping a spot.
What Korean shoppers often mention
- They use it after popping a spot.
- Several call it good value.
Common complaint: you only get 24 for the same ₩2,000 that buys 68 Relief patches. Some reviewers think it’s pricey for the count, while others still call it good value.
Madeca Medi Patch Spot (₩3,000 for 33)
Korean name: 마데카 메디패치 스팟

This is the priciest pack here, but reviewers say it lasts. It’s semi-transparent and comes in two sizes, including a tiny one about the size of a pinky nail.
What Korean shoppers often mention
- They stock up because it’s cheap for the number you get.
- It sticks well and stays on for a long time.
- Many also use it on small cuts and scrapes.
Complaints: none repeated. One reviewer said it came off in the shower.
Haeserin Spot Care Patch, yellow (₩1,000)
Korean name: 해서린 스팟 케어패치 노란 스팟

This is the cheapest patch here. The yellow pack is Haeserin’s “after popping” type. The listing doesn’t state how many patches are inside. One reviewer said theirs had half large and half medium patches.
What Korean shoppers often mention
- It’s so cheap that people buy several packs at once.
- It sticks well.
- It’s easy to put on after popping a spot.
Complaints: none repeated. One reviewer said it gets slippery after a long time in warm water.
Which one should you grab?
- To wear under makeup or out in public without anyone noticing: Madeca 21 Relief. It’s thin, clear and cheap per patch.
- After you’ve popped a spot: Madeca 21 Clear or Haeserin yellow. Haeserin is half the price.
- For long wear, and small cuts on a trip: Madeca Medi Patch Spot.
- For fun, or as a gift for teens: OOTD Lab Star or Heart. Several Korean reviewers are parents buying them for their kids.
Shopping tip: Show staff the Korean name if you can’t find them. Prices are the same at every Daiso in Korea.
