If you search for “Daiso VT PDRN,” you’ll quickly find there isn’t just one product. In Korean Daiso stores, VT sells two PDRN skincare lines side by side.
- The older Glow line (광채) has some of the most-reviewed skincare on Daiso Mall. Its toner alone has more than 15,000 reviews.
- The Tone On line (톤온) arrived in September 2026.
Everything costs ₩1,000–₩5,000, which is under $4.
We read about 50 Korean reviews for each of the eight products on Daiso Mall, Daiso’s official online store, as of October 9, 2026. Here’s how the products differ, and what buyers praised and complained about again and again. We didn’t test them ourselves, and nobody paid us.

How reviewers tell the lines apart: the Glow line is about hydration and a dewy look. Tone On is the newer line, and reviewers describe it as making skin look clearer. Some use one sheet mask or the other depending on the day. We’re passing along how reviewers describe them, not making claims about results.
The Glow line (광채)

This is the line’s star, with 15,489 reviews. 41% of reviewers who tagged their skin type said they have dry skin.
What Korean shoppers often mention
- It’s watery but still hydrating, and not sticky.
- People pour it into a fine-mist spray bottle and use it as a face mist. Reviewers say the trick spread through Korean short videos.
- 200 ml for ₩5,000 is a lot of product for the money.
Common complaints
- The scent is fairly strong, and people either like it or don’t.
- It sells out often, both in stores and online.
Glow Cream (₩5,000, 50 ml)

What Korean shoppers often mention
- It feels light, like a gel moisturizer, and sinks in fast.
- It leaves a soft glow on the face.
- Good value for ₩5,000.
Common complaint: if you have dry skin, it may not be enough in winter. Even so, 68% of reviewers rated it “moisturizing,” the highest of the two lines’ creams.
Glow Sun Essence (₩5,000, 50 ml)
Korean name: VT PDRN 광채 선 에센스
This is the dewiest product in either line. Check the SPF rating on the box before you buy. We didn’t have it in our data.

- It leaves a strong dewy glow.
- Makeup doesn’t pill on top of it.
- It spreads smoothly and doesn’t leave a white cast.
Common complaint: on oily skin it can look greasy. Reviewers say it suits drier seasons better than midsummer.
Glow Sheet Mask (₩1,000)

This mask had the highest “moisturizing” score of all eight products, at 73%.

This one got the most lukewarm reviews of the eight. On cleansing power, 38% of reviewers said “good” and 58% said “average.”
What Korean shoppers often mention
- It’s gentle enough for everyday use.
- 100 ml for ₩3,000 is cheap.
Common complaints
- As a gel, it doesn’t lather much.
- The tube opening is small, so it’s hard to squeeze out.
What to buy
- If you only buy one thing: the Glow Toner. It has by far the most reviews and gives you a lot of product. It sells out, so grab it if you see it.
- For dry skin: the Glow Sheet Mask (73% “moisturizing”) plus the Glow Cream or the Tone On Capsule Gel Cream.
- Under makeup: the Tone On Jelly Essence or the Glow Sun Essence. Reviewers say neither pills.
- For oily skin, careful with: the Glow Sun Essence, because it can look greasy.
- You can skip: the Tone On Gel Cleanser, unless you want a very gentle wash.
